What am I buying in the Builder?

The Builder is for creating one bracelet design from selected modular links. For the MVP offer, about 18 selected links make one full bracelet design.

Are individual links a complete bracelet?

No. Individual Replacement Links are single modular links for customers who already own a compatible bracelet or want extra links for an existing design.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are prepared and shipped from China. Our current handling target is within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Can I return an order?

We do not currently offer no-reason returns after shipment for selected bracelet designs and charm links. If an order arrives damaged, wrong, missing items, or appears lost after tracking review, contact us for case review.
